• Appearances before regulatory authorities for various permissions and approvals;
• Leases, sub-leases and license arrangements for retail, office space, industrial and commercial space and drafting of conveyancing documents like sale deeds, lease deeds, leave & license agreements, gift deeds, transfer deeds, etc. and registration of such documents with concerned Registrar of Assurance in various parts in India;
• Real estate development and construction, collaboration and development agreements for commercial, industrial, mixed use and residential complexes in various parts in India;
• Real estate financing, structuring and drafting of documentation for mortgages, trust deeds and other financing transactions;
