The partners of the Firm have advised and assisted many high net-worth individuals and/or their families in India in obtaining residency or citizenship in other jurisdictions by way of investing in any foreign country, through Government Bonds, in real estate of that country, stock markets or through mutual funds. The team fully assists the clients in the entire application process from the time the application is made till the citizenship/residency is granted. In case the client (an Indian citizen) has opted for citizenship of another country, the Firm in that case further helps in surrendering of the Indian passport, etc.
The Firm also assists the foreign nationals in obtaining visa (business, employment, tourist and student). It also assist in filing of application for obtaining PIO (including OCI) cards or registrations with Foreign Residents Registration Office (FRRO) for foreign nationals in India.
