Shikha is a corporate and IPR attorney with an experience of over 12 years. She has studied from some of the best institutions of University of Delhi. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication from YWCA of Delhi. Shikha has vast experience in the fields of intellectual property rights (IPR), corporate laws and litigation. She is leading the IPR practice of the Firm.

Shikha has exclusively been dealing with IPR matters for almost a decade. She has filed applications, prosecuted, opposed, and rectified all sorts of IPRs including trademarks, copyrights, designs and patents. She has also been regularly responding to office actions with respect to all sorts of IPRs. She has also been instrumental in enforcement of IPR like sending cease & desist notices for safeguarding trademarks, copyrights and domain name registrations and has been appointed as Local Commissioner in various IPR matters. She has been regularly appearing before Examiners and Hearing Officers in IP Offices and IPAB for applications, oppositions, reviews and appeals. She has been constantly providing legal general advisory services in relation to day-to-day compliances related with IPRs for several Indian and international clients.

She also possesses experience in IP litigation matters and had drafted all sorts of legal documents including research notes, opinions, suits, applications, complaints, legal notices, etc.

Further, she has incorporated a number of companies and other legal entities including many Section 8 companies and LLPs. She has advised on strategic preparation of charter and compliance documents for various companies. She has been guiding on types of contracts & agreements, scheme of amalgamations & other legal papers for mergers.

She is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and a member of Supreme Court Bar Association. She had also been part of the editorial team for the newsletter issued by Delhi High Court Bar Association for its members. Further, she also had been an Editorial Coordinator & Assistant Editor in Lex Witness magazine and has written numerous articles for the magazine. She has also interviewed various legal luminaries like Retired Chief Justice of India and Chairman of Law Commission of India.
