She has been advising the clients on hundreds of matters relating to Secretarial Compliances; Filings and Returns under Companies Act; Corporate Restructuring, SEBI / Listing Compliances; Compliance Management & Documentation under FEMA / Reserve Bank of India; Corporate Governance and Company Law Advisory Matters.

She has been guiding several listed companies in planning and structuring their further issuance of securities, advising on listing related issues, representing and obtaining pre and post approvals and clearances from the Stock Exchanges/SEBI and providing a back-end support for undertaking complete corporate actions in a devised manner. She has been providing wide ranging legal and transactional advisory services to Listed Companies on a single-point solution platform to deal with varied complex issues arising out of varied SEBI Regulations and Regulatory actions and also offers precautionary advice to avoid fallbacks.

She has diverse industry experience for various sectors including apparels, automobile, distribution and franchising, e-commerce, education, FMCG, health & pharmaceutical, engineering, IT, iron-ore & steel, manufacturing, mining, non-profit, railways, real-estate, retail, renewable energy, sports, sugar, technology, telecommunication, textile, trading, transportation, etc. for various national & multi–national companies.

She has been advising matters relating to FEMA, RBI regulations, incorporation of private / public limited companies, companies for non-profit purposes, certification services and providing corporate legal general advisory services in relation to day-to-day compliances of companies under FEMA and Companies Act. She has also assisted several Companies in representing their matters before the Registrar of Companies / Regional Director for various requisite permissions and approvals from Ministry of Corporate Affairs of India.

She is an enrolled member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and several other forums.
