He has extensive experience in handling matters before Trial Courts, Consumer Forums (district forums and state commissions), Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT / DRAT), etc. and has been constantly advising and assisting clients in complex litigations before various Courts / Forums / Commissions and Tribunals.

He regularly handles Civil Suits regarding Possession, Declaration, Partition, Specific Performance, Recovery, Damages & Enforcement of Contractual obligations under Civil Procedure Code (CPC), Suits pertaining to tenancy disputes under Delhi Rent Control Act, Injunction (Mandatory & Permanent), Matrimonial Petitions under Hindu Marriage Act, 1956, and criminal matters governed under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC).

He has a strong expertise in understanding client’s needs in a particular merits of a case as well as to converse and recapitulate detailed legal analysis on various civil and family matters. He believes in providing resolution oriented, economical and realistic advice to the clients.

He has been an Additional Standing Counsel for Central Government for Supreme Court of India, Panel Advocate for Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) for Delhi High Court Matters, Enrolled member of Bar Counsel of Delhi, Delhi Bar Association (DBA), Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), and Delhi High Court Bar Association. He is an official mediator under Delhi Mediation Centre and presides over one of the Mediation Cells, Delhi District Courts every Thursday.
